Editorial Project
My love of the outdoors inspired this project. I wanted to create a 3 book series all about Canadian camping and survival. I started with gathering the information that I wanted in the books and began sketching different ways to communicate what the books were about without words. That is where the idea for these wilderness mandalas came from.
These series of vectors each getting more advanced than the the last, shows the different topics that will be touched on, in the corresponding book. As you can see below the book series has beginner, advanced and expert levels.
Below shows the inside grid and designs of the books, each chapter would have a title spread giving a little blurb on what the chapter is about along with the matching image from the cover design. These books makes learning about the outdoors easy to read and simple to understand for all readers.
